With over two decades of experience in construction, Joe Smith serves as Vice President of Estimating at SiteWORX. Since earning his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Northern Kentucky University in 2008, Joe has built a career rooted in a deep understanding of site development. Joe leads the estimating team with a sharp eye for detail and a strategic mindset—ensuring every bid reflects the quality, efficiency, and trust SiteWORX is known for. He's proud of the work, with Mason Grand and Venue East Earthwork standing out as personal favorites.

Beyond the numbers, Joe is a dedicated advocate for the industry. He has served on the board of the Greater Cincinnati Home Builders Association and its associated councils for nearly 15 years, helping to guide regional growth.
