At SiteWORX, safety is not simply a requirement, it is the core value that drives every decision we make in the field. From the moment equipment starts moving to the final stages of a project, our responsibility is to ensure every employee, subcontractor, and partner returned home safely at the end of the day.

Site development involves complex operations, demanding environments, and constantly changing jobsite conditions. That is why SiteWORX invests heavily in safety education, training, communication, and accountability across every level of the company.
One of the clearest examples of this commitment is our annual company-wide safety training event.
A Full Day Dedicated to Safety
This annual training is not viewed as a checkbox or routine meeting. It is an opportunity to review real-world incidents, strengthen awareness, discuss evolving jobsite risks, and ensure every employee understands the critical role they play in maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Each year, SiteWORX shuts down all field operations for an entire day to conduct mandatory annual safety training for every field employee. Projects pause, equipment is parked, and crews come together with one focus: reinforcing the safety culture that protects our teams every day on the jobsite.

These topics are intentionally selected to reinforce both preventative measures and practical field application. At SiteWORX, safety training is designed to be relevant, hands-on and directly connected to the work our teams perform every day.
Building a Culture of Accountabbility
Safety at SiteWORX extends far beyond one annual meeting. It is embedded into daily operations, leadership expectations, hiring practices, and project execution across the company. Every employee entering the field is required to completer a safety orientation as part of the onboarding process. This ensures new hires understand SiteWORX safety standards, expectations, and procedures before stepping onto a jobsite.

In addition, every field employee is required to maintain at least an OSHA 10 certification. Supervisors, Project Managers, and Lead personnel are held to an even higher standard, requiring:
OSHA 30 certification
Competent person training
First Aid CPR certification
THESE REQUIREMENTS HELP ENSURE
SiteWORX employees are equipped to identify hazards, make informed decisions, & maintain safe operations under demanding conditions.
Daily Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and weekly Toolbox Talks also play a major role in reinforcing communication and awareness throughout the company. Before work begins each day, crews review the specific tasks, hazards, equipment, and environmental conditions associated with that day's operations. This proactive approach helps identify risks before incidents occur.
Weekly Toolbox Talks provide another opportunity for crews to discuss safety topics, review lessons learned, and maintain open communication between field personnel and leadership.
