With 30 years of hands-on experience in construction, Mike Heimkreiter serves as Vice President of Operations at SiteWORX. Mike brings a deep understanding of field operations, crew coordination, and jobsite logistics to every project. Mike ensures that every SiteWORX job runs safely, efficiently, and on schedule. His favorite project to date, Trailhead, reflects his passion for building spaces that connect people and communities.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time on the water boating and fishing with family and friends. Whether he’s navigating a jobsite or a quiet lake, Mike brings the same focus, camaraderie, and commitment to excellence.
