Trailhead Community is a large-scale residential development in Harrison, Ohio, designed to support new home construction at significant scale. Spanning 78 acres and nearly 200 lots, this project marked a massive first phase that required disciplined coordination, fast execution, and multiple crews working in parallel to meet an aggressive schedule.
