At Stonybrook in Monroe, Ohio, SiteWORX delivered the heavy‑civil backbone for a planned 219‑home, 127‑acre single‑family community, mobilizing quickly and deploying more than five crews simultaneously to meet an aggressive paving‑season deadline. Our team constructed a large multi‑plate stream crossing, exceeding 200 feet. We installed 3,000 linear feet of 27‑inch trunk sanitary sewer, alongside mass grading, roads, stormwater systems, and full underground utilities.
