What You’ll Do
Assist project teams with daily jobsite and office tasks
Support estimating, project management, and field operations as needed
Observe and learn heavy equipment operations and site development processes
Help maintain a safe, secure, and organized work environment
Participate in basic project documentation and reporting
Collaborate with team members across departments
Take initiative on assigned tasks and contribute to team success
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Construction Intern who’s ready to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced excavation environment and bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-first mindset to every jobsite. In this role, you’ll support Project Managers, Estimators, and Superintendents with field coordination, quantity tracking, documentation, and daily operations—learning how projects move from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in construction management or a related field, eager to learn, highly organized, and comfortable working both in the field and the office.
