As a Heavy Equipment Operator at SiteWORX, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality site development projects. You’ll operate a variety of equipment, contribute to a safe and efficient jobsite, and work alongside a team committed to excellence.

What You’ll Do
Promote and maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
Operate heavy equipment for large-scale site development projects
Perform basic equipment maintenance (greasing, cleaning tracks, etc.)
Use hand tools as needed (e.g., shoveling, cleaning tracks)
Safely climb in and out of equipment and work on uneven terrain
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure equipment, tools, and materials are properly maintained
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking Heavy Equipment Operators who excel in a fast‑paced construction environment and are committed to maintaining a safe, productive, and well‑coordinated jobsite. In this role, you’ll operate a variety of late‑model Caterpillar, John Deere, and Komatsu equipment to support large‑scale site development work across multiple crews. Opportunities include operating excavators, wheel loaders, track loaders, scrapers, dozers, articulated trucks, compactors, motor graders, and skid steers, depending on crew assignment. Daily responsibilities include performing basic equipment maintenance such as greasing and cleaning tracks, using hand tools, climbing in and out of machinery, and working on uneven surfaces. You’ll collaborate closely with your team to ensure all equipment, tools, and materials are properly maintained and ready for use.
