Safety
At SiteWORX, promoting and achieving a safe work environment is our #1 priority. We believe that there is no project or schedule that is more important than the health and safety of our workforce, causes unnecessary risk to our customers and to the public at large. We are successful at providing a safe work environment by an updated comprehensive safety plan and company-wide safety seminars. Weekly Toolbox Talks keep the topic of safety in front of our crews while keeping them up to date on the latest industry related safety topics. All of our employees carry a minimum of OSHA 10 Hour certifications, while a significant portion of our staff has been certified in MSHA Experienced New Miner Training. Additionally, we employ a third party safety consultant that performs unannounced safety inspections, ensuring that the safest work environment is being maintained by our workforce even without direct oversight. We believe that all of this has created a culture where safety is a priority, that our workforce has taken ownership of maintaining a safe work environment not only for themselves, but for their co-workers and by removing risk from our customers. Furthermore, we continue to research and pursue safety programs that will allow us to not only provide a safe work environment, but be an industry leader in safety.

Performance
As most people in our industry know, a company’s performance comes down to its resources. Its ability to obtain and maintain the most efficient tools & equipment. More importantly attracting a talented, skilled, driven workforce. We are fortunate to be able to offer both to our customers.
All of our vehicles and equipment are late model equipped with the latest technology, such as GPS and Telematics, and maintained well above industry standards. Our fleet is among the most efficient you will find in the Tri-State area.
We have been fortunate to attract talented, experienced and skilled Foreman and Superintendents that believe in doing things right way, exceeding expectations with honesty and integrity and have helped foster a culture among employees that we believe has created a dynamic workforce that is second to none.
This has allow us to grow to a point that there is not a project too big for us to take on while being efficient enough to be competitive. We routinely are awarded projects of both sizes. Our Tools & Equipment along with a dedicated, driven staff allow our performance to be OUR Difference.
SiteWORX comes from humble beginnings. In 2010 we opened our doors with five employees and one piece of equipment. Our drive for innovation, 60+ years of experience and our passion for a job well done has brought us to where we are today as Cincinnati's Leading Total Site Development Contractor.
Technology
In an industry full of examples of just doing business as usual, SiteWORX not only understands the need to utilize the latest cutting edge technology, but has embraced it as a core competency. Our significant investments in the areas of Global Positioning Systems and Machine Control allows us to be more efficient and minimize the amount of rework and / or re-mobilizations required. When used in conjunction with our recent addition of Telematics, we have real time data on every piece of equipment and truck, large or small, which allows us to analyze a vast array of data all with a focus of tracking efficiency of vehicles and equipment to minimize fuel and maintenance expenses along with downtime.
Our investment in in industry leading estimating software allows us to provide more accurate and aggressive estimating teamed with our cutting edge accounting software give us a view into job costing that not every contractor has afforded to them. A truly advanced operational software allows us to utilize resources most efficient while knowing on a daily basis whether a crew was operating in a profitable manner and gives us the flexibility and knowledge to make changes literally on a daily basis.

Fast 55
We are excited to be on the list 4 years running!!
For 12 years, The Business Courier, selects finalists for its annual Fast 55 program, which ranks the fastest-growing private companies in Greater Cincinnati. To be included, companies must be based in the Greater Cincinnati region and have at least $1 million in average revenue over three years. The competition has five revenue categories, from $1 million up to $100 million and over.
