The Modula project involved the expansion of an active industrial facility, requiring SiteWORX to execute site development while maintaining uninterrupted day-to-day operations. Working across 11 acres, our team carefully coordinated sequencing, access, and safety to ensure the existing facility remained fully functional throughout construction. The project included strategic chemical stabilization to strengthen the site and support long-term performance, along with extensive earthwork, utilities, and paving. By planning ahead and adapting in real time, SiteWORX delivered a seamless expansion that supported continued operations while preparing the site for future growth.
