SiteWORX is seeking a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and brings strong organizational discipline, leadership, and operational focus. In this role, you will guide projects from estimating handoff through final completion, partnering closely with Estimators, Superintendents, vendors, and clients to ensure every job is executed efficiently and profitably.
You’ll play a central role in coordinating field operations, managing schedules and budgets, mitigating risk, and maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality results while supporting a collaborative, team-driven culture.
What You'll do
Manage projects from estimating turnover through closeout
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Coordinate with Superintendents to support field execution
Review contracts, scopes, and project specifications
Track costs, change orders, and subcontractor performance
Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
Identify and resolve challenges proactively
